Design of Polar Codes Using Dynamic Frozen Bits

MasterTrifonov 등이 제안한 극 부분 부호는 큰 최소 해밍 거리를 가지나, 신뢰도가 낮은 비트-채널에 정보 비트가 할당 되어 리스트 크기가 충분히 크지 않을 때 성능의 열화가 발생한다. 본 논문에서는 이러한 정보 비트를 정적 동결 비트에 일대일 대응 시킴으로써 정보 비트를 보호하고 정적 동결 비트를 동적 동결 비트로 변환한다. 그 결과 기존의 알려진 극 부호 설계 방법(극 부호, 순환 중복 검사를 연접한 극 부호, 그리고 극 부분 부호)보다
