Optics Communications, 1975Abstract For three-phase ambient-film-substrate systems, the ratio ϱ T = T p / T s of the complex amplitude-transmission coefficients T p and T s for light polarized parallel (p) and perpendicular (s) to the plane of incidence is related to a complex exponential function of film thickness d by a bilinear transformation.

Analytical polarization curve of DMFC anode
Advances in Energy Research, 2013A model for DMFC anode performance is developed. The model takes into account potential--independent methanol adsorption on the catalyst surface, finite rate of proton transport through the anode catalyst layer (ACL), and a potential loss due to methanol transport in the anode backing layer.

Corrosion, 1979A procedure is described for fitting empirical parameters pertaining to activation, concentration, and resistance polarization to experimental polarization curves. Simple superposition of the currents carried by different electrode reactions is assumed.
