Polarization-independent broadband terahertz modulator

Modern polarization-independent trap detectors
2013 International Conference on Advanced Optoelectronics and Lasers (CAOL 2013), 2013Modern design of advanced optical polarization-independent trap detectors is considered. It is shown that using a trap detector as a transfer standard one must take into account the diffuse scattering of optical radiation by the photosensitive surfaces of a trap detector photodiodes.
