Data-Driven Polish Poetry Generator

The paper describes an attempt to create a poetry generator for Polish language. It is a data-driven approach – grammatical and semantic structures are automatically derived from input text. The system was successfully implemented and the quality of the output “poems” was tested in a “Poetic Turing Test”: a public survey.
