A Romantic Genius? The Experience of Knowledge that Shaped Werner Heisenberg's Scientific Persona
In 1976, the year that Werner Heisenberg passed away, Armin Hermann published a short biography, titled Werner Heisenberg in Selbstzeugnissen und Bilddokumenten. Since then, historians and biographers have offered their accounts on Heisenberg's life and his contributions to modern physics. Many of these biographies present Heisenberg as a genius.

ABSTRACT Komagataella phaffii, also known as Pichia pastoris, is a powerful host for recombinant protein production, in part due to its exceptionally strong and tightly controlled PAOX1 promoter. Most K. phaffii bioprocesses for recombinant protein production rely on PAOX1 to achieve dynamic control in two‐phase processes.

Enrichment of Full AAV2 Using Multicolumn Countercurrent Solvent Gradient Purification (MCSGP)
The multicolumn countercurrent solvent gradient purification (MCSGP) method was evaluated as a method to enhance the separation of empty and full capsids during AAV2 purification. The results demonstrated an enrichment of full AAV2 particles using MCSGP.

Improved Mixing Properties of Stirred Fermentation of an Aspergillus oryzae Hyphal Dispersion Mutant
ABSTRACT The complexity of mechanical and biological processes in filamentous fungal fermentation remains a major obstacle to improving product yield. We previously demonstrated that the AGΔ‐GAGΔ strain of Aspergillus oryzae, lacking both α‐1,3‐glucan (AG) and galactosaminogalactan (GAG), had improved hyphal dispersion, reduced culture viscosity, and ...
