Structural and Functional Characterization of EXPO‐Derived Extracellular Vesicles in Plants
In this study, 3D electron tomography (ET), cryo‐ET, and immunogold transmission electron microscopy (TEM) are employed to characterize plant extracellular vesicles (EVs) under physiological conditions. EVs are classified into three distinct categories according to their size, content, and molecular‐marker profiles. Furthermore, Exo70E2‐positive medium

Optimizing Wheat Pollen Preservation for Enhanced Viability and In Vitro Germination
Wheat pollen, which is characterized by its short lifespan, exhibits rapid germination after anthesis. The preservation of wheat pollen is contingent upon environmental factors including temperature, relative humidity, light, and wind.

Long-term Storage of Gladiolus Pollen
Abstract Gladiolus pollen from the species Gladiolus alatus, G. debilis, G. guenzii, G. orchidiflorus, G. rodgersii, G. tristis, and G. undulatus can be frozen at -40°C, thawed, and still retain viability. Predried pollen was able to withstand repeated freezing and thawing better than pollen that was freshly frozen.

492 Storage of Abelia R. Br. Pollen [PDF]
The genus Abelia contains ≈30 species, but A. × grandiflora, its cultivars, and A. `Edward Goucher' are the primary taxa grown. The nursery industry has stated that Abelia R. Br. taxa are important economically, and new selections or cultivars with increased cold hardiness, richer pink-rose flower colors, unique foliage colors, and compact habits are ...

Chromatin Topology Reconfiguration Orchestrates Thermotolerant Male Fertility via GhAL5 in Cotton
This study investigates cotton’s high‐temperature (HT) response using multi‑omics. Dynamic 3D genome changes drive expression bias affecting male fertility. The tolerant line shows controlled chromatin dynamics, while the sensitive line exhibits overactivation.

Honey bees preferentially consume freshly-stored pollen. [PDF]
Honey bees (Apis mellifera) collect and store both honey and pollen in preserved forms. Pollen storage involves the addition of honey or nectar and oral secretions to pollen granules.

Ecosystem‐Centered Robot Design: Toward Ecoresorbable Sustainability Robots (ESRs)
Robots exploring natural ecosystems can support monitoring and conservation, but must adopt ecosystem‐centered design to avoid pollution, waste, and damage. This review proposes guidelines for co‐designing ecoresorbable sustainability robots (ESRs), uniting materials, robotics, and ecological contexts in a single framework.
