Journal of Materials Science, 1992A combined study of X-ray diffraction, differential scanning calorimetry and density measurements in copolymers of 3-hydroxybutyrate and 3-hydroxyvalerate is presented. It is shown that the unit cell volume expands linearly with the comonomer content in the polymer.
