Bio‐based polymer composites were 3D printed by LCD vat photopolymerization using acrylate epoxidized soybean oil as the monomer and isobornyl methacrylate as the reactive diluent. Tool steels tested under injection molding conditions with glass‐fiber‐reinforced polymers, revealing how viscous dissipation drives hardness loss, even in PM grades. A sharp rise in wear with increasing injection volume rate and thermomechanical load uncovers striking material differences.
