Predictable Self‐Assembly as an Unexplored Key Factor Influencing Membrane Separation: Insights from Monophenols

open access: yesAdvanced Science, EarlyView.
Predictable molecular self‐assembly strength is key to membrane separation, contrary to typical understanding. Monophenol research shows substituent abundance and specificity govern self‐assembly strength. This predictability enables a novel separation method: membranes reject molecules with stronger self‐assembly more effectively, separating similarly

Digital Printing Knitted Fabrics made of Polyamide, Cotton and Blends thereof

open access: yesTekstilec
Knitted fabrics with different compositions, i.e. 100% cotton (CO), 100% polyamide (PA), and a blend of 50% cotton and 50% polyamide (CO/PA), were digitally printed with reactive dyes.

Dynamic Bonds Reinforced Polyamide Elastomer for Biomedical Orthosis

open access: yesAdvanced Science, EarlyView.
A dynamic bonds (DBs) reinforced shape memory polyamide elastomer is developed using reactive extrusion. Dynamic covalent networks enhance interlayer adhesion in 4D‐printed objects by utilizing the combined effects of multiple DBs, reducing mechanical anisotropy and improving the mechanical and shape memory properties.
