Layered polyaniline/graphene film from sandwich-structured polyaniline/graphene/polyaniline nanosheets for high-performance pseudosupercapacitors

J. Mater. Chem. A, 2014
Binder-free layered graphene/polyaniline composite supercapacitor film was prepared by an environmentally friendly route. It exhibited 384 F g−1 at 0.5 A g−1 and 84% capacitance retention over 1000 cycles.

Thermal behavior of polyaniline films and polyaniline–polystyrene blends

Journal of Applied Polymer Science, 2002
AbstractIn this article, a study of the thermal behavior of polyaniline films and polyaniline–polystyrene blends is presented. Transport measurements (electrical conductivity and thermoelectric power) at high temperature and thermogravimetric analysis show that an irreversible degradation is observed near 450 K for films doped with DiOHP and near 500 K

Polyaniline Nanocomposites

2019
Polyaniline in various forms has been widely explored as an electrode material for supercapacitors due to its high theoretical charge storage capacity, facile-cost-effective synthesis, good mechanical strength and ultrafast charge transport. However, commercialization of such pristine forms is very much restricted by low solubilities, rapid ...

Polyaniline micro- and nanostructure

Advanced Materials for Optics and Electronics, 1999
A hierarchic polyaniline micro- and nanostructure is presented as a result of electron microscope studies. Molecular organisation is also discussed on the basis of experimental data and computer modelling. Copyright © 1999 John Wiley & Sons, Ltd.

Perfect Diamagnetism of Polyaniline

The Journal of Physical Chemistry B
Herein, we report the synthesis of Fe-doped polyaniline (D-PANI). The onset of the diamagnetism is observed to be at T < 24 K under a weak external magnetic field. D-PANI was air-stable and showed the Peierls transition, as its resistivity increased rapidly at low temperatures, thus behaving as an electromagnetic insulator.
