Rosette‐like high‐entropy NiCoFeMnAlOx enable the electrochemical degradation of PGA plastic waste in seawater, coupling glycolic acid oxidation with hydrogen evolution. Abundant OH* species lower energy barriers for C─C and C─H bond activation, while in situ and theoretical studies reveal the catalytic mechanism.
