Ophryotrocha sp., the first report of a jawed polychaete from the Cretaceous of Skåne, Sweden
An incomplete jaw apparatus of a Cretaceous polychaete congeneric with the Recent Ophryotrocha, was recovered in a palynological sample from Sklne, southern Sweden. This is the first record of a jawed polychaete from the Cretaceous of Sweden.
