Polycrystalline Diamond (PCD) tools are widely used while machining wood-based composites because of its outstanding hardness, thermal conductivity and abrasive resistance. However, the above mentioned beneficial properties such as super hardness also cause problems in manufacturing PCD tools using traditional process methods.
