[Experimental polyembryony in ducks].

The phenomenon of polyembryony in birds, extremely rare in natural conditions can be comparatively easily induced experimentally by cutting the blastodisk into 2 or more parts. In successful operations and optimal incubation conditions a whole embryo can develop from each physiologically isolated part.
