A fully flexible ion‐gel‐gated graphene‐channel transistor driven by a triboelectric nanogenerator enables self‐powered tactile sensing and synaptic learning. Mimicking spike‐rate‐dependent plasticity, the device exhibits frequency‐selective potentiation and depression, supporting rate‐coded neuromorphic computation even under flex.

Polyethylene Isophthalate Terephthalate Copolymer
テレフタル酸ジメチル, イソフタル酸ジメチルおよびエチレングリコールよりPbOを触媒として溶融重合によって, 種々の組成のポリエチレンイソフタレートテレフタレート共重合体を合成した。これら共重合体はいずれも良好な曳糸性を有し, 粘度数が大きいものでは冷延伸も容易である。エチレンイソフタレートが20%以下のものは結晶性を有し, 加熱や延伸などによってこれらを結晶化させることが可能である。延伸熱処理糸のX線図によれば, 結晶部分はエチレンテレフタレートのみよりなり, エチレンイソフタレートは非晶部分に存在するものと考えられる。

This study explored dye molecule adsorption from water, focusing on activated carbon in polymer membranes for purifying low‐quality water. Polyvinylidene fluoride (PVDF) membranes showed enhanced removal efficiency of methylene blue (MB) from 89.29% to 98.33% with biomass‐activated carbon (BAC).
