Highly Shielded Peroxo‐Cerium(IV)‐Containing Polyoxometalate: Synthesis, Structure, and Oxidative Studies

The peroxo‐di‐cerium(IV)‐di‐lithium‐containing 32‐tungsto‐4‐phosphate [(CeIV2O2)Li2(P2W16O59)2]16− (Ce2Li2P4W32) is synthesized and structurally characterized. This peroxo‐polyanion demonstrates remarkable stability in solution across a broad pH range.

Engineering Tunable Dual‐Dependent Emission in Co‐Doped Cs7Cd3Br13 Perovskites

Pb2+ and Sb3+ ions preferentially occupy octahedral sites, with Pb2+ achieving 93.7% PLQY and excellent X‐ray scintillation. Differing optical sensitivities of [PbBr6]4− and [SbBr6]3− enable versatile optical anticounterfeiting and encryption strategies.
