Polymer Electrolyte and Polymer Battery
2008The development of organic or inorganic lithium-ion conductor such as lithium super-ion conducting glass (LISICON), lithium iodide (LiI), solid polymer electrolytes(SPE) were activated with progress of a lithium battery. In these electrolytes, the technology of solid electrolyte is useful to improve the performance of batteries.

Polymer electrolytes based on hyperbranched polymers
Journal of Power Sources, 2001Abstract A hyperbranched poly[bis(hexaethylene glycol)benzoate] with terminal acetyl groups was prepared, and ionic conductivity, thermal property, and electrochemical stability of the polymer electrolyte with LiN(CF 3 SO 2 ) 2 were investigated. Ionic conductivity of the polymer electrolyte exhibited a maximum value of 9×10 −5 S/cm at a [LiN(CF 3 ...

Diffusion of Electrolytes in Polymers
Russian Chemical Reviews, 1979The quantitative aspects of the diffusion of electrolytes in polymers are discussed. Methods of studying diffusion are reviewed. The transport of electrolytes in hydrophilic and in hydrophobic non-ion-exchange polymers is analysed. 179 references.

Gel polymer electrolyte containing immobilized different types of salts (LiPF6, LiBF4, TEABF4) in aprotic solvents (PC, EC:DEC, EC DMC) were prepared by UV polymerization. Electrolytes were optimized to achieve suitable ionic conductivity (up to 7.5 mS/cm) and good mechanical stability.

Terahertz conductivity of polymer electrolytes
Terahertz Photonics IIIThe polyethylene oxide (PEO)-based polymer electrolytes containing lithium salts pave the way for the development of safe lithium batteries with high energy storage capacity [1,2]. Enabled by the flexibly vibrating polymer matrix, the Li-ion transport occurs via hopping along and between the polymer chains [2,3].

Polymer Electrolytes and Microelectrodes
1991Polymer electrolytes are ionically conductive, solid solutions of ionic compounds in a polymeric matrix, such as lithium Perchlorate dissolved in linear poly-ethylene oxide, PEO or variants such as the cross-linked “network PEO”. This article describes two recent developments in polymer electrolytes: their use (a) with miniaturized electrodes ...

Polymers and Polymer Composites for Electrolyte Application
2016Nowadays a large amount of synthetic polymers is used as packaging material, structural materials, as electric insulators [1–5]. The demand for synthetic polymers is rapidly increasing for portable electronic consumer devices. The most popular portable products are notebook computers, cellular and cordless phones, and camcorders.

The history of polymer electrolytes
Solid State Ionics, 1994Abstract A brief historical survey of the conductive complexes formed between solvating molecules and metal salts is given here. The elucidation of the special conduction mechanism of these materials have been a challenging emulation for the scientific community.
