An epi‐intraneural interface is developed through in silico optimization and a novel tridimensional microfabrication pipeline. The device integrates penetrating and epineural contacts on a flexible substrate. Mechanical, electrochemical, and in vivo testing in rat and pig reveal robust implantation, low‐threshold activation, and site‐dependent ...

Dual‐atom catalysts featuring varying spatial configurations of metal sites (Pt1Fe1 DACs) are employed to systematically investigate the influence of spatial arrangements on the electronic structure and catalytic activity of active sites. Notably, the 3D asymmetric Pt1Fe1‐TAC dimer, featuring strong interatomic interactions, demonstrates superior ...

Bio‐Inspired Nanoarchitected LiFePO4 Cathodes
Lithium iron phosphate (LFP) is synthesized using a bio‐inspired method, using acidic macromolecules similar to those found in many calcareous mineralized organisms to modulate the morphology and crystal growth of LFP‐carbon composite particles. The observations from this process indicate a non‐classical crystallization process, which subsequently ...

Polyferrocene block copolymers are synthesized and assembled into micron‐sized polymer cubosomes with double diamond lattice and pore diameter of ≈30 nm. The ferrocene functionality is retained within the polymer cubosome wall as demonstrated on supramolecular modification, and oxidative disassembly.

Ethylene‐Coordinative Chain‐Transfer Polymerization‐Induced Self‐Assembly (CCTPISA)
Chemistry – A European Journal, 2022AbstractBlock copolymers based on ethylene (E) and butadiene (B) were prepared using the ansa‐bis(fluorenyl) complex {Me2Si(C13H8)2Nd(BH4)2Li(THF)}2 in combination with (n‐Bu)(n‐Oct)Mg (BOMAG) as a chain‐transfer agent. The diblock copolymers incorporating a soft poly(ethylene‐co‐butadiene) segment, called ethylene butadiene rubber (EBR), and a hard ...

Sequence-Controlled Polymerization-Induced Self-Assembly
ACS Macro Letters, 2019We herein present sequence-controlled polymerization-induced self-assembly (PISA) via photoswitchable reversible addition-fragmentation chain transfer (RAFT) copolymerization of oppositely-charged monomers using polyethylene glycol chain transfer agent in water at 25 °C.
