Chemiluminescent substrates for detection of Restriction Fragment Length Polymorphism
Science & Justice, 1996Five new enzyme-triggered dioxetane substrates were evaluated for restriction fragment length polymorphism (RFLP) analysis of HaeIII- restricted DNA. Of these, one substrate designated CDP-Star provided unsurpassed sensitivity within one working day without the presence of an enhancer.

Restriction Fragment Length Polymorphism in Plants and Its Implications
1991In the last decade RFLP analysis has evolved from an idea that seemed promising to a well-established tool that has led to fundamental advances in several fields. Construction of genetic maps has now become feasible in many organisms where it would previously have been impractical.
