Several formulae involving the Cauchy polynomials, the Bernoulli polynomials, and the generalized Stirling numbers [PDF]

open access: yesarXiv
In this paper, we obtain new relationships between the Cauchy polynomials, the Bernoulli polynomials, and the generalized (or weighted) Stirling numbers of both kinds. Furthermore, we derive some identities involving the Cauchy polynomials, the Daehee polynomials, and the hyperharmonic polynomials.

Flexible Organic Field‐Effect Transistor (OFET) Based 2T0C DRAM Cells with 2‐Bit Operation and Extended Retention

open access: yesAdvanced Science, EarlyView.
A flexible 2T0C DRAM cells which consist of two high‐performance organic field‐effect transistors is reported, which exhibiting exceptional flexibility and multilevel storage characteristics. That device achieves a remarkable retention time exceeding 300 s, both in its initial state and under bending conditions, making it a promising candidate for ...

A coarse Tutte polynomial for hypermaps [PDF]

open access: yesarXiv
We give an analogue of the Tutte polynomial for hypermaps. This polynomial can be defined as either a sum over subhypermaps, or recursively through deletion-contraction reductions where the terminal forms consist of isolated vertices. Our Tutte polynomial extends the classical Tutte polynomial of a graph as well as the Tutte polynomial of an embedded ...

Energy Dispersion Induced Precisely Tunable Friction of Graphitic Interface

open access: yesAdvanced Science, EarlyView.
This study introduces a novel approach to precisely tune nanoscale friction on monolayer graphene using coupled DC/AC electric fields. Combining experiments (contact‐mode electrostatic force microscopy) and simulations (generalized Prandtl–Tomlinson model), vertical resonance is shown to disperse horizontal energy, reducing friction while preserving ...

Artificial Olfactory System Enabled by Ultralow Chemical Sensing Variations of 1D SnO2 Nanoarchitectures

open access: yesAdvanced Science, EarlyView.
This study presents a highly reliable gas sensor platform featuring SnO2 nanonetworks functionalized with Au and Pd nanocatalysts. Enhanced stability and optimized performance enable over 99.5% classification accuracy in deep learning, even under extreme conditions.
