Optimal Conditions for Pomegranate Peel Enzymatic Extraction of Phenolics Using Response Surface Methodology and Comparative Analysis With Traditional Soxhlet Extraction

This study introduces a tannase‐focused enzyme‐assisted extraction (EAE) approach that modifies phenolics in pomegranate peel, significantly boosting antioxidant activity under mild processing conditions. The EAE method yields higher extract yields (≈70%) and antioxidant activity (≈74%) than Soxhlet extraction.

The geometry and arithmetic of bielliptic Picard curves

Abstract We study the geometry and arithmetic of the curves C:y3=x4+ax2+b$C \colon y^3 = x^4 + ax^2 + b$ and their associated Prym abelian surfaces P$P$. We prove a Torelli‐type theorem in this context and give a geometric proof of the fact that P$P$ has quaternionic multiplication by the quaternion order of discriminant 6.

في هذه المقالة، تم تقديم طريقة عددية تستند الى عديدات حدود بوبكر لحل معادلات آبيل التكاملية الخطية  من النوع الاول والثاني. تم تحويل معادلات آبيل التكاملية الى نظام جبري من المعادلات الخطية  باستخدام المصفوفات. للحصول على معالم بوبكر، تم حل هذا النظام  باستخدام طريقة كاوس للحذف.
