Darboux Integrability Of the Biological System

open access: yesAl-Rafidain Journal of Computer Sciences and Mathematics
In the given paper, we investigate the integrability of a mathematical model of a 3D biological system. Our results show that the system admits a polynomial first integrals for some parameters, an invariant algebraic surface with an exponential factor ...

Quantum integrability of N=2 $$ \mathcal{N}=2 $$ 4d gauge theories

open access: yesJournal of High Energy Physics, 2018
We provide a description of the quantum integrable structure behind the Thermodynamic Bethe Ansatz (TBA)-like equation derived by Nekrasov and Shatashvili (NS) for N=2 $$ \mathcal{N}=2 $$ 4d Super Yang-Mills (SYM) theories.

Oscillatory integrals with polynomial phase.

open access: yesMATHEMATICA SCANDINAVICA, 1991
Two theorems on oscillatory integrals are proved. Suppose \(N\) and \(n\) are positive integers, and \({\mathcal P}_ N\) denotes the real polynomials in one variable of degree at most \(N.\) Then there exists a constant \(C(N,n)\) such that for all intervals \([a,b]\) and all \(p\) in \({\mathcal P}_ N,\) \[ |\int_{[a,b]} e^{ip(x)}| p^{(n)}(x)|^{1/ n ...

Predicting Atomic Charges in MOFs by Topological Charge Equilibration

open access: yesAdvanced Functional Materials, EarlyView.
An atomic charge prediction method is presented that is able to accurately reproduce ab‐initio‐derived reference charges for a large number of metal–organic frameworks. Based on a topological charge equilibration scheme, static charges that fulfill overall neutrality are quickly generated.

Cardiac‐Derived ECM Microspheres for Enhanced hiPSC‐CMs Maturation

open access: yesAdvanced Functional Materials, EarlyView.
Cardiac extracellular matrix microspheres derived from decellularized porcine heart provide a biomimetic 3D microenvironment for human induced pluripotent stem cell–derived cardiomyocytes (hiPSC‐CMs). This platform supports short‐ and long‐term culture, enhances structural organization, and promotes electrophysiological and functional maturation of ...

On algebraic construction of certain integrable and super-integrable systems

open access: yes, 2010
We propose a new construction of two-dimensional natural bi-Hamiltonian systems associated with a very simple Lie algebra. The presented construction allows us to distinguish three families of super-integrable monomial potentials for which one additional

Counterion Dependent Side‐Chain Relaxation Stiffens a Chemically Doped Thienothiophene Copolymer

open access: yesAdvanced Functional Materials, EarlyView.
Oxidation of a thienothiophene copolymer, p(g3TT‐T2), via different doping strategies and dopant molecules resulted in materials with similar oxidation levels and a high electrical conductivity of ≈100 S cm−1. However, mechanical properties varied significantly, with sub‐glass transition temperatures and elastic moduli spanning from –44°C to –3°C and ...

Generation of optical solitons molecules and energy flow in Painlevé-integrable Schrödinger dynamical systems

open access: yesBoundary Value Problems
We study the perturbed and modified nonlinear Schrödinger equation (PNLSE with Kerr nonlinearity and MNLSE), establish their integrability under explicit parameter conditions via the Painlevé test, and construct analytical traveling-wave families ...

Imaging of Biphoton States: Fundamentals and Applications

open access: yesAdvanced Functional Materials, EarlyView.
Quantum states of two photons exhibit a rich polarization and spatial structure, which provides a fundamental resource of strongly correlated and entangled states. This review analyzes the physics of these intriguing properties and explores the various techniques and technologies available to measure them, including the state of the art of their ...

One-loop integrability with shifting masses

open access: yesJournal of High Energy Physics
We investigate the perturbative integrability of two-dimensional massive quantum field theories with polynomial-like interactions and show that any theory of such class which is purely elastic at the tree level is also purely elastic at one loop.
