Generalized quandle polynomials
We define a family of generalizations of the two-variable quandle polynomial. These polynomial invariants generalize in a natural way to eight-variable polynomial invariants of finite biquandles.

Polynomial Invariants by Linear Algebra [PDF]
We present in this paper a new technique for generating polynomial invariants, divided in two independent parts : a procedure that reduces polynomial assignments composed loops analysis to linear loops under certain hypotheses and a procedure for generating inductive invariants for linear loops. Both of these techniques have a polynomial complexity for

Invariants of kinetic differential equations
Polynomial differential equations showing chaotic behavior are investigated using polynomial invariants of the equations. This tool is more effective than the direct method for proving statements like the one: the Lorenz equation cannot be transformed ...

Counterexample-Guided Polynomial Loop Invariant Generation by Lagrange Interpolation
We apply multivariate Lagrange interpolation to synthesize polynomial quantitative loop invariants for probabilistic programs. We reduce the computation of an quantitative loop invariant to solving constraints over program variables and unknown ...

Off-shell CHY amplitudes and Feynman graphs
A polynomial form is established for the off-shell CHY scattering equations proposed by Lam and Yao. Re-expressing this in terms of independent Mandelstam invariants provides a new expression for the polynomial scattering equations, immediately valid off

Hosoya properties of the commuting graph associated with the group of symmetries
A vast amount of information about distance based graph invariants is contained in the Hosoya polynomial. Such an information is helpful to determine well-known distance based molecular descriptors.

Bipartition Polynomials, the Ising Model, and Domination in Graphs
This paper introduces a trivariate graph polynomial that is a common generalization of the domination polynomial, the Ising polynomial, the matching polynomial, and the cut polynomial of a graph.

The Chern classes and Euler characteristic of the moduli spaces of Abelian differentials
For the moduli spaces of Abelian differentials, the Euler characteristic is one of the most intrinsic topological invariants. We give a formula for the Euler characteristic that relies on intersection theory on the smooth compactification by multi-scale ...

Certain Invariant Sequences of Polynomials [PDF]
We discuss certain sequences of uniform functions of one variable such that the derivative of each term of a given sequence is equal to the preceding term, and each term is changed by a linear transformation on the variable into a multiple of itself, the multiplier being a function of the rank of the term alone, and the linear transformation and the ...

A Robust Adaptive One‐Sample‐Ahead Preview Super‐Twisting Sliding Mode Controller
Block Diagram of the Robust Adaptive One‐Sample‐Ahead Preview Super‐Twisting Sliding Mode Controller. ABSTRACT This article introduces a discrete‐time robust adaptive one‐sample‐ahead preview super‐twisting sliding mode controller. A stability analysis of the controller by Lyapunov criteria is developed to demonstrate its robustness in handling both ...
