Sequential multicolor fluorescence imaging in dynamic microsystems is constrained by acquisition speed and excitation dose. This study introduces a real‐time framework to reconstruct spectrally separated channels from reduced cross‐channel acquisitions (frames containing mixed spectral contributions).

Facile Preparation of a Poly[2]Catenane Network Using Self‐Assembled [2]Catenane Unit

Polycatenanes show a higher degree of conformational freedom and mobility compared to covalent polymers. However, the number of its studies is far lower than that of other dynamic polymers. This may reflect the fact that the preparation of polycatenanes involves the complicated synthesis of covalent catenation.

Enhanced Formation of Dicarboxylic Acids in the Catalytic Oxidation of Polyethylene With O2 and NOx

The oxidation of polyethylene in the presence of a mixture of O2 and NOx and with Cu2+/V5+ as catalyst yields ∼51 mol% diacids, while retaining ∼80 mol% of the carbon in the oil fraction. The developed method is robust and tolerates several polymer types as well as impurities.
