An intentionally added, chemically formed LixAlSy coating stabilizes the lithium–electrolyte interface in solid‐state Li–S batteries. The layer suppresses side reactions, preserves smooth charge transfer, and improves ion transport from the start. This approach offers a practical route to more durable solid‐state batteries and a clearer understanding ...

Measurements and simulations of Cherenkov light in lead fluoride crystals
The anticipated use of more than one thousand lead fluoride (PbF2) crystals as a fast and compact Cherenkov calorimeter material in a parity violation experiment at MAMI stimulated the investigation of the light yield (L.Y.) of these crystals. The number

This study explores how machine learning models, trained on small experimental datasets obtained via Phase Doppler Anemometry (PDA), can accurately predict droplet size (D32) in ultrasonic spray coating (USSC). By capturing the influence of ink complexity (solvent, polymer, nanoparticles), power, and flow rate, the model enables precise droplet control

Technological development of cylindrical and flat shaped high energy density capacitors [PDF]
Cylindrical wound metallized film capacitors rated 2 micron F 500 VDC that had an energy density greater than 0.3 J/g, and flat flexible metallized film capacitors rated at 2 micron F 500 VDC that had an energy density greater than 0.1 J/g were developed.
