Advanced Science, EarlyView.RA of EEAR inhibits TGF‐β1 ubiquitination and changes conformation by target binding TGF‐β1, regulating TGF‐β1/Smad2/3 signaling pathway. Thus it down‐regulated downstream protein expression, inhibited EMT and collagen deposition of ECM, in order to EEAR preventing PF in COPD.

Advanced Science, EarlyView.A (2R,3R)‐butanediol dehydrogenase from Bacillus subtilis (BsBDH) is engineered for the enantioselective synthesis of 2‐hydroxycyclohexanone. A PASS computational design strategy is proposed to enhance the thermostability of BsBDH. Moreover, ESM‐1v combined with ISM is utilized for enhancing and inverting its stereoselectivity.

Advanced Science, EarlyView.This study develops the air‐punched fabrication approach for nanoliter‐scale microcavity arrays with ultra‐smooth microcavity surfaces, with which rapid formation and 3D culture of tumor cell spheroids from small numbers of cell samples, as well as high‐throughput drug sensitivity testing can be achieved within 5 days.
