Advanced Materials, EarlyView.Bacteria‐responsive nanocarriers are designed to release antimicrobials only in the presence of infection‐specific cues. Advanced Materials, EarlyView.This work introduces an injectable mesoporous silica rod scaffold that confines lentiviral vectors to the injection site, enabling localized dendritic cell recruitment and transduction.
