Rezultati istraživanja upućuju kako inducirani porod ima značajne prednosti u odnosu na spontani početak poroda u normalnoj terminskoj i patološkoj trudnoći i da je uz suvremenu antenatalnu skrb i metode indukcije inducirani porod siguran postupak.

Obzirom na suvremene trendove opstetricije u Klinici su uvedeni alterantivni načini rađanja kako bi rodilje imale mogućnost izbora i odlučivanja o jednom od najvažnijih događaja u svom životu. Dana 25.veljače 2003 u našj Klinici je uspješno obavljen prvi porod u vodi u Hrvatskoj. Rad opisuje prva iskustva s ovakvim načinom rađanja.

Visoka učestalost prijevremenih poroda, kao i težina komplikacija koje oni nose sa sobom, jedan je od najznačajnijih problema suvremene medicine. Stoga je razumljivo da je smanjenje učestalosti prijevremenih poroda najvažnija zadaća modernih perinatologa.

Visoka učestalost prijevremenih poroda, kao i težina komplikacija koje oni nose sa sobom, jedan je od najznačajnijih problema suvremene medicine. Stoga je razumljivo da je smanjenje učestalosti prijevremenih poroda najvažnija zadaća modernih perinatologa.

Objective. Historically, expectant mothers at birth were always attended by other women and never left alone. After moving the birth from home to hospital, the nurses and the doctors became the default companions, because of objective circumstances distanced from a woman giving birth.

The topic of my bachelor thesis is pain and confinement. The reason why I selected the topic is that it holds my interest. The theoretical part contains general information explaining what pain is and stating what kinds of pain there are. I aimed to describe in detail in particular parturition that is closely associated with confinement.

Prijevremeni porod kod stava zatkom: carski rez ili vaginalni porod
Gynaecologia et perinatologia, 2005Završetkom Term Breech Trile istraživanja 2000. dvojba oko najsigurnijeg načina poroda ploda u stavu zatkom u terminu je riješena. Carski rez je najsigurniji način poroda za nekomplicirani stav zatkom u terminu. Razna udruženja porodničara su tu preporuku već uvrstila u svoje smijernice.
