PEG‐guided mitochondrial surface engineering supports structural stabilization and controlled presentation of cell‐penetrating peptides. CPP–PEG‐modified mitochondria exhibit enhanced cellular uptake and uptake‐associated respiratory modulation, providing a proof‐of‐concept framework for modular organelle engineering and future bioenergetic modulation ...

Many of the world’s welfare today has been produced or at least facilitated by ports and its related activities: ports are the locations where trade, logistics and production converge. This book illustrates very clearly that ports have developed over the last decades, in line with the emerging global economy, into global hubs for large-scale efficient ...

Flexible silicon carbide (SiC) microelectrode arrays enable high‐fidelity, multichannel cell extracellular recording and precise localized ablation. SiC has been extensively evaluated to persist long‐term in chronic physiological conditions while remaining robust, with excellent electrical and electrochemical stability.

Microfabrication of Soft Millirobots Propelled by Low Voltage Electrohydraulic Actuators
Manual layer‐by‐layer assembly is replaced by wafer‐level MEMS batch fabrication for compliant polymer‐based electrohydraulic actuators. The microfabricated devices integrate sacrificially defined microcavities, Parylene‐C‐sealed inlets, and multilayer polymer–metal films.
