The text discusses the importance of indigenous contingents in the Portuguese troops who resisted the invasion of the City of Salvador by the Dutch in 1624. The indigenous activities resulted from the Jesuit missionary work which, through the villages, promoted a socio-cultural homogenization of the natives with adherence to the metropolitan project.

Objective Age of symptom onset is highly variable in familial frontotemporal lobar degeneration (f‐FTLD). Accurate prediction of onset would inform clinical management and trial enrollment.
