Dalam skala internasional, rajungan merupakan salah satu komoditas ekspor terbesar setelah ikan tuna dan udang, namun di Indonesia upaya eksploitasi usaha penangkapan rajungan secara komersial belum terlalu berkembang. Abstract The European Commission asked EFSA for a risk assessment on complex organoarsenic species in food. They are typically found in marine foods and comprise mainly arsenobetaine (AsB), arsenosugars and arsenolipids.
