In this study, we found that human cervical‐derived adipocytes maintain intracellular iron level by regulating the expression of iron transport‐related proteins during adrenergic stimulation. Melanotransferrin is predicted to interact with transferrin receptor 1 based on in silico analysis.

Positive periodic solutions and nonlinear eigenvalue problems for functional differential equations
This paper is devoted to investigate the existence of positive periodic solution for a functional differential equation in the form of $\lambda\mathbb{L}x=-b(t)f(x(t-\tau(t))),$ where $\mathbb{L}x=x'(t)-a(t)g(x(t))x(t)$.

Detection of extrachromosomal circular DNA (eccDNA) in plasma samples from EGFR‐mutated non‐small cell lung cancer patients. Plasma was collected before and during treatment with the EGFR‐tyrosine kinase inhibitor osimertinib. Plasma eccDNA was detected in all cancer samples, and the presence of the EGFR gene on eccDNA serves as a potential biomarker ...

Dynamics of a Nonautonomous Leslie-Gower Type Food Chain Model with Delays
A nonautonomous Leslie-Gower type food chain model with time delays is investigated. It is proved the general nonautonomous system is permanent and globally asymptotically stable under some appropriate conditions.

Cytoplasmic p21 promotes stemness of colon cancer cells via activation of the NFκB pathway
Cytoplasmic p21 promotes colorectal cancer stem cell (CSC) features by destabilizing the NFκB–IκB complex, activating NFκB signaling, and upregulating BCL‐xL and COX2. In contrast to nuclear p21, cytoplasmic p21 enhances spheroid formation and stemness transcription factor CD133.

Existence and global attractivity positive periodic solutions for a discrete model
Using a fixed point theorem in cones, we obtain conditions that guarantee the existence and attractivity of the unique positive periodic solution for a discrete Lasota-Wazewska model.

We developed and validated a DNA methylation–based biomarker panel to distinguish pleural mesothelioma from other pleural conditions. Using the IMPRESS technology, we translated this panel into a clinically applicable assay. The resulting two classifier models demonstrated excellent performance, achieving high AUC values and strong diagnostic accuracy.

Positive Periodic Solutions of Nonlinear First‐Order Functional Difference Equations
We consider the existence, multiplicity, and nonexistence of positive T‐periodic solutions for the difference equations Δx(n) = a(n)g(x(n))x(n) − λb(n)f(x(n − τ(n))), and Δx(n) + a(n)g(x(n))x(n) = λb(n)f(x(n − τ(n))), where a, b : ℤ → [0, ∞) are T‐periodic, τ : ℤ → ℤ is T‐periodic.
