Organoids in pediatric cancer research
Organoid technology has revolutionized cancer research, yet its application in pediatric oncology remains limited. Recent advances have enabled the development of pediatric tumor organoids, offering new insights into disease biology, treatment response, and interactions with the tumor microenvironment.

In this paper, we discuss the existence of positive solutions to a discrete third-order three-point boundary value problem. Here, the weight function a(t)a\left(t) and the Green function G(t,s)G\left(t,s) both change their sign.

Reciprocal control of viral infection and phosphoinositide dynamics
Phosphoinositides, although scarce, regulate key cellular processes, including membrane dynamics and signaling. Viruses exploit these lipids to support their entry, replication, assembly, and egress. The central role of phosphoinositides in infection highlights phosphoinositide metabolism as a promising antiviral target.

Fractional Schrodinger-Poisson equations with general nonlinearities
In this article we study the existence of positive solutions and ground state solutions for a class of fractional Schrodinger-Poisson equations in R^3 with general nonlinearity.

Boundedness character of a max-type system of difference equations of second order
The boundedness character of positive solutions of the next max-type system of difference equations $$x_{n+1}=\max\left\{A,\frac{y_n^p}{x_{n-1}^q}\right\},\quad y_{n+1}=\max\left\{A,\frac{x_n^p}{y_{n-1}^q}\right\},\quad n\in\mathbb{N}_0,$$ with $\min\{A,

CCT4 promotes tunneling nanotube formation
Tunneling nanotubes (TNTs) are membranous tunnel‐like structures that transport molecules and organelles between cells. They vary in thickness, and thick nanotubes often contain microtubules in addition to actin fibers. We found that cells expressing monomeric CCT4 generate many thick TNTs with tubulin.

Phototrophs evolved light‐harvesting systems adapted for efficient photon capture in habitats enriched in far‐red radiation. A subset of eukaryotic pigment‐binding proteins can absorb far‐red photons via low‐energy chlorophyll states known as red forms.

The role of fibroblast growth factors in cell and cancer metabolism
Fibroblast growth factor (FGF) signaling regulates crucial signaling cascades that promote cell proliferation, survival, and metabolism. Therefore, FGFs and their receptors are often dysregulated in human diseases, including cancer, to sustain proliferation and rewire metabolism.
