A novel multiscale MD/DFT framework to elucidate microenzyme adsorption and electron transfer is reported. This method reveals distinct configurations for microperoxidase‐11 on graphene and those best suited for electron transfer. Rate constants align with the limited experimental data, establishing this framework as a tool for optimizing microenzyme ...

Promoting Positive Youth Development
Positive youth development may be promoted in online learning environments with adaptations to ensure core practices are integrated. When implemented well, positive youth development will occur in online environments and achieve similar outcomes to positive youth development in physical environments.

Real‐Time Investigation of Interfacial Evolution in Electrochemical Energy Storage Systems via EQCM
Understanding the electrode/electrolyte interface (EEI) is crucial for supercapacitors and batteries. EQCM, by enabling real‐time monitoring of mass changes during charge–discharge cycles, has evolved into a vital method for analysis of EEI. It provides important insights into charge‐storage mechanisms, electrode structural evolution, ion‐transfer ...

MG1@NM‐Px serves as a microglia‐targeted STING‐degrading nanoplatform for subarachnoid hemorrhage. Following systemic administration, it crosses the blood–brain barrier and accumulates in activated microglia. STP1‐mediated STING ubiquitination and degradation suppress MAPK/inflammasome signaling, GSDME‐mediated pyroptosis, and IL‐1β release, revealing ...

This study revealed that a PEAR1/HIF‐1α/ glycolysis/lactate/H3K18la positive feedback loop in PMVECs that drives the development of S‐ALI. Mechanistically, PEAR1 mediates the binding of HIF‐1α to AARS1, leading to the lactylation of HIF‐1α, the primary lactylation site of which is K172.

In bladder cancer, LRG1 binds to ANXA2 to trigger mitochondrial ROS‐dependent NETosis. This pathogenic cascade actively uncouples endothelial‐mural cell interactions, driving profound vascular destabilization. Consequently, targeting the LRG1‐ANXA2 axis attenuates the neutrophil burden and induces structural vascular normalization, offering a powerful ...

The ABCABC stacking sequence in 2D ZnIn2S4 nanosheets creates intrinsic non‐centrosymmetry, enabling robust piezocatalysis under weak mechanical agitation. The nanosheets achieve a H2O2 yield of 276.7 µmol g−1 h−1 and uranium extraction capacity of 763.2 mg g−1 via a dual mechanism of direct piezoreduction and in situ H2O2 complexation.
