Cold Quad‐Modal Nanocomplex for Precise and Quantitative In Vivo Stem Cell Tracking

open access: yesAdvanced Functional Materials, EarlyView.
Multimodal albumin–bismuth sulfide–superparamagnetic iron oxide (ABS) nanocomplexes are developed for stem cell tracking across four different imaging modalities: MRI, MPI, MSOT, and CT. Combining its flexibility with high sensitivity, this quad‐modal imaging agent enables a robust quantification of ABS‐labeled stem cells in vivo.

Fluorodeoxyglucose positron emission tomography–computed tomography in disseminated cryptococcosis

open access: yesIndian Journal of Nuclear Medicine, 2017
Disseminated cryptococcosis without pulmonary involvement is a very rare phenomenon. Patterns of organ involvement in cryptococcosis resemble various other infective conditions as well as malignant conditions on fluorodeoxyglucose positron emission tomography-computed tomography.

Ga/Lu-labeled DOTA-TATE shows similar imaging and biodistribution in neuroendocrine tumor model

open access: yesTumor Biology, 2017
Somatostatin receptors are overexpressed in neuroendocrine tumors, whose endogenous ligands are somatostatin. DOTA-TATE is an analogue of somatostatin, which shows high binding affinity to somatostatin receptors.

Primary bone lymphoma of the mandible and thyroid incidentaloma identified by 18FDG PET/CT: a case report [PDF]

open access: yes, 2009
The mandible is a rare site for the occurrence of primary bone lymphoma (PBL), a non-Hodgkin lymphoma. We report herein a case of an incidentally diagnosed thyroid incidentaloma by (18)Fluorodeoxyglucose Positron Emission Tomography/Computed Tomography ...
