Managing Post-Development Fault Removal
2009 Sixth International Conference on Information Technology: New Generations, 2009In this paper, we manage fault removal by classifying and prioritizing fault warnings reported by a static analysis tool. We present our findings from analyzing three cross-platform industrial code bases at Yahoo! totaling approximately 3.6+ MLOC. Post develop stain defect reduction
SPIE Proceedings, 2008This study reports on stain defect reduction on KrF, ArF and Immersion resist system. Stain defects that appear after develop are a common problem with i-line, KrF, ArF and ArF-immersion resists. Last year we reported a reduction of this type of defect by optimizing the developer process.
