Electrode and Microstructure Dependence of Oxygen Diffusion in Ferroelectric Hafnium Zirconium Oxide Thin Films

Significant nanoscale oxygen diffusion coefficient variations are measured in ferroelectric hafnium zirconium oxide films with grain boundaries and electrode interfaces exhibiting values 104 times larger than the grain cores. Synthesis of AgBiS2 and AgInS2 Based on Formation Energies in Sulfur‐Rich Reducing Flame

High‐surface‐area AgInS2 and AgBiS2 nanoparticles were synthesized via enclosed flame spray pyrolysis by tuning flame conditions and formation energies to guide phase formation. Flame parameters were tuned to suppress oxides and enable pure sulfide phase growth.

Implantable Ionic Memristors Based on Natural Polymer Heterojunctions

We report an implantable natural polymer‐based ionic memristor composed of hyaluronic acid, chitosan, and PDMS. The device achieved 98.94% accuracy in MNIST classification while reducing training time by 36.8% compared with a conventional artificial neural network (ANN).
