The Camp David experience should not be seen in a simple binary way as a failure or a success. Its taboo-breaking talks and the hopes it raised nurtured future peace endeavors, and the Clinton peace parameters, an integral legacy of the Camp David process, remain to this day the most equitable peace plan on Palestine ever to be produced.
