Anterior Cruciate Ligament Reconstruction Using a Hollow Ligament Advanced Reinforcement System Semitendinosus Autograft Combined With Anterolateral Complex Augmentation Using Gracilis

open access: yesArthroscopy Techniques, EarlyView.
Abstract This technical note describes an alternative surgical technique for anterior cruciate ligament (ACL) reconstruction combined with anterolateral complex (ALC) augmentation. The procedure uses a hollow ligament advanced reinforcement system (LARS), along with semitendinosus and gracilis tendons as grafts.

Supine‐Position Shoulder Arthroscopy Using the Anterior Portal as the Initial Approach

open access: yesArthroscopy Techniques, EarlyView.
Abstract Traditional shoulder arthroscopy mostly adopts the beach chair position or lateral decubitus position. Beach chair position is associated with the risk of cerebral hypoperfusion due to the vertical distance between the carotid artery and the heart, whereas lateral decubitus may induce brachial plexus palsy caused by excessive traction.

Arthroscopic Radial Styloidectomy: An All‐Dorsal Two‐Portal Surgical Technique

open access: yesArthroscopy Techniques, EarlyView.
Abstract Radial‐sided wrist pain and impingement are recognized sources of persistent symptoms following 4‐corner fusion, often related to radioscaphoid contact and progressive degenerative changes. Radial styloidectomy has been described as a surgical option to address this pathology while preserving carpal stability.

Biportal Endoscopic Posterior Open‐Window Focal Debridement and Lavage for Sacroiliac Joint Tuberculosis

open access: yesArthroscopy Techniques, EarlyView.
Abstract Sacroiliac joint tuberculosis (SJT), although relatively uncommon, may lead to severe destruction and functional impairment of the sacroiliac joint. Surgical intervention is recommended for patients with significant joint destruction, mild cystic changes, or sacroiliac joint instability. Early bone fusion may be facilitated through drainage of
