In this study, it is aimed to examine the postgraduate theses on organisational democracy by content analysis. Forty-one theses from 1993-2023 in the National Thesis Centre of the Council of Higher Education (YOK) were analysed. The most studies in master's theses were conducted in 2022 and in doctoral theses in 2019-2020.
