ELF5‐Mediated Enhancer–Promoter Interaction Regulates LALBA Expression in Ovine Mammary Gland
Advanced Science, EarlyView.In the study, we systematically investigate the epigenetic mechanisms underlying lactation traits in sheep by integrating transcriptomic, chromatin accessibility, histone modification, and functional analyses. We identify a super‐enhancer at the LALBA locus and demonstrate that enhancer E4 functions as its core regulatory element.

Advanced Science, EarlyView.Pediatric acute respiratory distress syndrome (PARDS) suppresses the FOXF1 transcription factor and disrupts lung development. This study shows that the FOXF1‐activating small‐molecule compound, TanFe[F], can be precisely delivered to lung endothelial cells using the innovative LEDD nanoparticle system.

Thioredoxin‐2 Alleviates Osteoporosis by Restraining FOXO3a Nuclear Translocation
Advanced Science, EarlyView.Endothelial TRX2 preserves bone homeostasis by retaining FOXO3a at mitochondria and limiting TRAIL production. Loss of TRX2 or oxidative stress releases FOXO3a for nuclear translocation, increasing endothelial TRAIL secretion and driving osteoclast formation and bone loss.
