The effect of perceived social support on postpartum comfort

PFOS Disrupts Oocyte Maturation and Early Embryonic Development via Ovarian FOXK1 O‐GlcNAcylation in Mice

Perfluorooctane sulfonate (PFOS) exposure disrupts oocyte maturation and early embryonic development. This study elucidates the mechanism by which enhanced O‐GlcNAcylation of FOXK1 underlies the PFOS‐induced reduction of progesterone levels in granulosa cells and the disturbance of follicular microenvironment.

A Blood‐Brain Barrier‐Penetrant Ag(III) Corrole Compound Rescues Alzheimer's Disease Pathology by Targeting Aβ42‐Induced Oxidative Stress

The newly designed metallo‐corrole (Mor‐Cor)Ag(III) with a morpholino group exhibited promising therapeutic potential for Alzheimer's disease. It significantly reduces reactive oxygen species (ROS), decreases GFAP expression, increases neurite length, and decreases cell death compared to other similar metallo‐corroles. Prenatal dexamethasone exposure (PDE) persistently upregulates hepatic CYP3A1/CYP2B1 in offspring via glucocorticoid receptor (GR) activation.
