Correct Posture and Movement habits - with the aim of preventing back pain
2018Spine problems and back pain have become a global problem today. By inertia, the culprit for our pain are most often activities such as long-term sitting or excessive physical work. However, the real culprit for such health problems is not the activity itself, but the manner of performing certain movements, as well as posture during a certain activity.
