Simvastatin overcomes the pPCK1‐pLDHA‐SPRINGlac axis‐mediated ferroptosis and chemo‐immunotherapy resistance in AKT‐hyperactivated intrahepatic cholangiocarcinoma

open access: yesCancer Communications, EarlyView.
Abstract Background Intrahepatic cholangiocarcinoma (ICC) is a challenging cancer with an increasing incidence. The Phase III TOPAZ‐1/KEYNOTE‐966 study demonstrated chemo‐immunotherapy (CIT) as a significant advancement, potentially replacing traditional chemotherapy for advanced biliary tract cancer.

Beyond Docking: A Multi‐Tier Computational Pipeline for USP7 Inhibitor Optimization

open access: yesChemMedChem, Accepted Article.
Ubiquitin‐specific protease 7 (USP7) is a key deubiquitinating enzyme involved in tumor suppression, DNA repair, and epigenetic regulation. Given its critical role in cancer progression, USP7 has emerged as an attractive therapeutic target. In this study, we employed a multi‐tier computational approach, integrating ligand‐based virtual screening ...

Distinct Patterns of Dynamical Regulation in Passive Sensor Data Following Binge and Purge Behaviors

open access: yesInternational Journal of Eating Disorders, EarlyView.
ABSTRACT Background Binge eating is a cardinal symptom of binge‐eating disorder (BED) and bulimia nervosa (BN), while recurrent purging is specific to BN (American Psychiatric Association, 2022). These behaviors are associated with health consequences (e.g., gastrointestinal, cardiovascular, and metabolic problems; Sheehan & Herman, 2015). The distress‐

The State‐of‐the‐Art of Cuttings Transport Measurements

open access: yesEnergy Science &Engineering, EarlyView.
ABSTRACT Inadequate borehole cleaning is the primary cause of over 60% of downhole accidents in extended‐reach wells. Since the 1970s, researchers have been committed to experimental and theoretical studies on cuttings transport in extended‐reach wellbores, aiming to provide reliable experimental data and theoretical frameworks for the accurate ...
