Targeting ROCK2 to Restore Epileptic Synaptic Networks via Mitophagy Activation: Insights from Translational Imaging of SV2A In Vivo

open access: yesAdvanced Science, EarlyView.
By integrating synaptic vesicle glycoprotein 2A PET imaging and transcriptomics, this study identifies Rho‐associated protein kinase 2 (ROCK2) as a critical regulator of synaptic network dysfunction in temporal lobe epilepsy. Pharmacological ROCK2 inhibition restores synaptic density and enhances mitophagy, thereby reducing seizures and neuronal damage.

Single‐Cell Immune Profiling Reveals Neutrophils Promote Myasthenia Gravis Exacerbation Through BAFF Secretion

open access: yesAdvanced Science, EarlyView.
Single‐cell transcriptomics and clinical data show that during myasthenia gravis (MG) exacerbation, bone marrow mature neutrophils expand and enter blood, with parallel increase of B‐cell activating factor (BAFF)–positive neutrophils. Experimental autoimmune myasthenia gravis (EAMG) confirms a pathogenic interferon‐γ (IFN‐γ)–neutrophil–BAFF axis ...

Faecalibaculum rodentium Alleviates Ionizing Radiation‐Induced Damage in Mice by Improving Intestinal Integrity and Hematopoiesis via Its Metabolite Butyrate

open access: yesAdvanced Science, EarlyView.
The model shows the probiotics screening and underlying mechanisms of F. rodentiumn in alleviating IR‐induced tissue injury. Stress‐induced STAT3 mitochondria localization decreases F. rodentium abundance and butyrate concentration. Supplementation of F.
