Cooperative Optimization With Globally Coupled Cost Function and Coupled Constraints
In this paper, we study the cooperative optimization problem of multi-agent systems with globally coupled cost function and coupled constraints, and design a distributed computing framework combining potential game theory underlying geometric projection.

Creep Properties and Deformation Mechanism of Additively Manufactured NiAl‐CrMo Composites
Additively manufactured NiAl‐CrMo composites contain numerous interfaces and cell boundaries that control their creep response. At 700°C under high applied stress, creep is dominated by dislocation‐controlled power‐law mechanisms. At 800°C–900°C and lower stresses, creep is primarily diffusion‐controlled along cell boundaries.

A Game Theoretic Approach for D2D Assisted Uncoded Caching in IoT Networks
Content caching and exchange through device-to-device (D2D) communications can offload data from the centralized base station and improve the quality of users’ experience. However, existing studies often overlook the selfish nature of user equipment (UE)

Potential Maximization and Coalition Government Formation [PDF]
A model of coalition government formation is presented in which inefficient, non-minimal winning coalitions may form in Nash equilibrium. Predictions for five games are presented and tested experimentally.

Enhanced Strength and Corrosion Resistance of Ti‐13Nb‐12Ta‐10Zr‐4Sn Alloy by Aging Treatment
This work systematically investigates the effect of aging treatment on mechanical properties and corrosion behavior of vacuum arc‐melted Ti‐13Nb‐12Ta‐10Zr‐4Sn alloy. Owing to the increased α″ martensite, strength and corrosion resistance were significantly enhanced by aging treatment.

Cooperative pursuit–evasion with heterogeneous agents poses a training challenge that flat multi-agent reinforcement learning methods handle poorly: the pursuer team must coordinate internally while competing against adversarial targets, and the two ...

A Generalized Nash Equilibrium Approach to the Inverse Eigenvector Centrality Problem
Eigenvector-based centrality captures recursive notions of importance in networks. While the direct problem computes centrality from given edge weights, the inverse eigenvector centrality problem seeks edge weights that reproduce a prescribed centrality ...
