Pott's puffy tumor: Sonographic diagnosis
Journal of Clinical Ultrasound, 2005We report a case of a child with Pott's puffy tumor (PPT) in which ultrasonography contributed to making the diagnosis. The clinical presentation and laboratory investigations were inconclusive, and the diagnosis of PPT was made by ultrasonography and subsequently confirms CT scan and MRI.

We report the case of a 14-year-old child who presented with a Pott’s tumor following frontal sinusitis, complicated by subdural empyema.
