This paper illustrates a knowledge‐augmented dual‐track AI framework for advanced superalloy design. First, Large Language Models translate metallurgical heuristics into explicit rules to rapidly prune a vast compositional search space. Subsequently, LLM‐distilled priors safely guide a reinforcement learning agent during autonomous process optimization,

A Ceramic Network for Hybrid Solid Electrolyte Lithium Metal Batteries
An in‐plane aligned Ta‐LLZO ceramic network exhibits superior performance compared to conventional fillers, including single ceramic fibers and particles. The tortuosity within the polymeric phase of hybrid solid electrolytes is identified as a key parameter governing lithium‐ion transport pathways and dendrite suppression.

Holding Pressure and Its Influence on Quality in PIM Technology
The PIM (powder injection molding) process consists of several steps in which faults can occur. The quality of the part that is produced usually cannot be seen until the end of the process.

An ultrasound‐activatable piezoelectric hydrogel reprograms chondrocyte mitochondrial epigenetics via the mTOR/GATD3A axis, clearing damaged mitochondria and alleviating osteoarthritis progression in both mouse models and human cartilage explants. ABSTRACT The avascular nature of cartilage hinders drug delivery for osteoarthritis (OA) therapy.

Optical Windows for Transcranial Brain Imaging in Living Mice: Skull Thinning, Clearing, and Beyond
Longitudinal, noninvasive in vivo imaging is crucial for studying brain physiology. Advances in transcranial optical windows and multiphoton microscopy have improved imaging depth, but their performance often deteriorates over time. This work investigated various transcranial window approaches and found that skull regrowth limits image quality.

3d Printed Mold for Powder Injection Molding Process
Powder injection molding (PIM) is a well-established process that allows mass production of metal and ceramic components with complex geometries. This allows to eliminate the machining process and thus reduce the overall production cost. One of the limitations of the PIM process is the high cost for the production of the molds, making this technology ...
