Investigation of the recyclability of powder coatings
Powder Technology, 2011Abstract 100% recyclability is one of the major advantages of powder coating. However, it can never be achieved in reality. Coating powders, especially finer powders with particle size below 30 μm, were found to have much worse flow performances after recycling from electrostatic spraying so as to decrease the recyclability. Therefore, this study was

Recycling of Waste Magnesite Powders
Ekoloji, 2013Each year in Turkey, thousands of tons of magnesite ore is subjected to heat treatment. For this operation, billion of tons of magnesite ore is produced and beneficiation. Crushing process which is occur an important department of beneficiation plants, are produce as very thin waste powder magnesite which is average %25 of feed raw ore.

Sintering of Powders From Fiberglass Recycling
Volume 2: Processing, 2014Sintering is a typical process for metal powders which can be effectively agglomerated by a solid state diffusion mechanism. Polymer powders are less sensible to this kind of mechanism because of the lower molecular mobility. Anyway, such applications have been mentioned about sintering of thermoplastic powders in the scientific literature.

Recycling of Waste Epoxy-Polyester Powders for Foam Production
International Journal of Manufacturing, Materials, and Mechanical Engineering, 2011This paper proposes a new foaming technology (solid-state foaming) to produce structural foams from waste thermosetting resins. The proposed technology is easy and does not require specific and expensive equipments. Solid tablets are produced by cold compaction of resin powder, and foam by heating in an oven.

Recycling of Burned Dolomite Powder in Steelmaking
Metallurgist, 2014Burned dolomite powder of particle size less than 5 mm is a significant MgO and CaO resource and is obtained directly as a solid waste in the steel industry. The recycling and use of this waste material is the only option to save non-renewable resources and to conserve scarce landfill space.
