Recycling of Burned Dolomite Powder in Steelmaking
Metallurgist, 2014Burned dolomite powder of particle size less than 5 mm is a significant MgO and CaO resource and is obtained directly as a solid waste in the steel industry. The recycling and use of this waste material is the only option to save non-renewable resources and to conserve scarce landfill space.

Study for Recycling of Ceria-Based Glass Polishing Powder
Industrial & Engineering Chemistry Research, 2000The recycling of ceria-based glass polishing powder by alkali treatment was investigated. Major impurities in the waste, a SiO2 component from fine glass powder and an Al2O3 component from coagulating agents, could be removed easily at 50−60 °C in a 4 mol kg-1 NaOH solution within 1 h.

Corrosion And Tribological Characterizations Of A Recycled Tungsten Carbide Powder
Euro PM2024 ProceedingsRecycling end-of-life tungsten carbide tools is important to encounter the issues linked to critical raw materials (CRM). Indeed, cobalt and tungsten have been listed as critical by the European Commission since 2011. Previous studies have characterized a recycled powder in terms of densification, microstructure, and mechanical properties, leading to ...
